我院于1985～1990年手术治疗卵巢肿瘤474例其中蒂扭转92例,占19.41%。年龄最小11岁,最大81岁;21～40岁51例(55.44%)。有分娩史者58例(63.04%),合并宫内妊娠12例(孕2～6个月)。88例有腹痛(95.65%),腹痛为突发,阵发性加剧;部分患者为持续性下腹坠痛或慢性腹痛。72例有恶心、呕吐。体温37.5℃以上有37例。肿瘤直径5～24cm,其中20cm 以上者7例,8～12cm 者48例
In our hospital from 1985 to 1990, 474 cases of surgical treatment of ovarian tumors, including pedicle torsion in 92 cases, accounting for 19.41%. The youngest 11 years old, maximum 81 years old; 21 to 40 years old in 51 cases (55.44%). There are 58 cases of delivery history (63.04%), combined intrauterine pregnancy in 12 cases (2 to 6 months pregnant). 88 cases had abdominal pain (95.65%), abdominal pain was sudden, paroxysmal increase; some patients with persistent lower abdominal pain or chronic abdominal pain. 72 cases of nausea and vomiting. 37.5 ℃ above body temperature 37 cases. Tumor diameter 5 ~ 24cm, of which more than 20cm in 7 cases, 8 ~ 12cm in 48 cases
