目的:建立桔梗双飞片的产业化生产工艺技术参数。方法:以桔梗皂苷D、桔梗多糖为质量评价指标,结合桔梗双飞片外观性状,系统考察桔梗药材大小的选择、最佳切片程度和厚度、干燥温度与干燥时间等,并通过中试生产,建立桔梗双飞片的产业化生产工艺技术参数。结果:桔梗双飞片的产业化生产工艺为:选取直径1.5 cm左右的药材,用水淋洗后闷润,并保持药材湿润,当含水量达到55%~60%时,取出进行切制;用自制轧扁机轧扁成1.5 mm厚的双飞片,再放入低温烘干机,在60℃烘8~9 h取出,放凉,密封包装即可。结论:桔梗双飞片产业化生产工艺稳定,提高了生产效率,产品质量较好。
Objective: To establish the industrial production technology parameters of Campanulaceae flying slices.
