通过采用增量式光电编码器的实现对车轮转速的精确测量,研究其在汽车ABS模拟仿真系统上的应用;ABS模拟仿真系统采用逻辑门限值的控制方法,利用废旧单车和常见元件驱动电机、微控制器等设计、制作现代汽车ABS系统模拟实验装置,实现对单车车轮的调速来模拟汽车车轮的仿真调速,用编码器实现对单车轮的轮速测量,并实现反馈控制,模拟汽车车轮制动的全过程;同时能显示出车速、角速度等项参数,有效地模拟控制刹车的力度与时间,获得了良好的实验效果,为汽车ABS系统知识的理解提供了一个直观的实验装置。
