针对机械的回转系统,提出一种整机测试其转动惯量和动摩擦力矩的新方法,分析了测试原理,推导了计算公式,并进行了初步的测试研究。实测证明,这种测试计算方法可以直接进行回转系统的惯量和动摩擦力矩的测试,测试的对象为回转系统中的全部零部件,因此这种测试计算方法为整机回转系统的测试研究提供了依据
Aiming at the mechanical rotating system, a new method to measure the moment of inertia and dynamic friction torque of the whole machine is proposed. The principle of the test is analyzed, the calculation formula is deduced and a preliminary test is carried out. It is proved by actual measurement that the test calculation method can directly test the inertia and dynamic friction torque of the rotary system and the object of the test is all the components in the rotary system. Therefore, this test calculation method provides the basis for the test research of the rotary system of the complete machine
