用地龙低温水浸液对血清ＡＣＥ（血管紧张素转换酶）进行体外实验。实验结果表明，地龙低温水浸液对ＡＣＥ活性抑制率达到９０．２％，为寻找天然ＡＣＥＩ，提供理论依据。
The serum ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme) was tested in vitro with a low-temperature water extract of the earthworm. The experimental results showed that the inhibitory rate of ACE activity in the ground water extract at low temperature reached 90.2%, which provided a theoretical basis for the search for natural ACEI.
