1997年底,我国秘书职业技能鉴定工作正式启动.这项工作的开展,适应了秘书工作社会化发展的需要,适应了社会主义市场经济发展对不同类型、不同层次秘书职业技能要求的变化,将推动秘书专业教育的改革与发展,标志着我国秘书职业的专业化、规范化管理进入了一个新时期.本文就开展秘书职业技能鉴定工作的现实意义谈点粗浅的认识.一、秘书职业技能鉴定工作的开展适应了秘书工作社会化发展的需要改革开放以前,我国的秘书工作主要存在于各级党政机关、企事业单位,秘书人员主要从本单位干部职工中选拔和任命、改革开放以后,随着社会主义市场经济体制的确立,乡镇企业、三资企
At the end of 1997, the appraisal of occupational skills of secretaries in our country was formally started, which fulfilled the needs of socialized development of secretarial work and adapted to the changes in the requirements of occupational skills of secretarial workers of different types and levels in the socialist market economy. The reform and development of professional education for secretaries indicates that the specialization and standardized management of secretaries in our country have entered a new period.This paper gives a brief talk about the practical significance of the appraisal of secretarial skills in vocational schools.First, To Meet the Needs of Socialized Development of Secretary Work Prior to the reform and opening up, the secretaries work in our country mainly existed at the levels of party and government organs, enterprises and public institutions, and secretarial personnel who were selected and appointed mainly from cadres and workers in the work unit. After the reform and opening up, The establishment of socialist market economy system, township enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises
