对灰霉病菌232个菌株进行多菌灵抗药性测定,发现每类作物上采集的同一种类灰霉病菌其敏感菌的Ec50差异不大,草莓、果树、蔬菜、花卉上采集的灰霉病菌已对多菌灵产生了严重的抗药性,抗性频率很高。灰霉病菌对多菌灵产生抗药性后,对苯丙咪唑类的其它成员都产生抗药性,而与速克灵无交互抗药性。抗性菌株在有药情况下,呼吸强度降低很少,而敏感菌株的呼吸则受到强烈抑制。
