目的 研究α-干扰素对人乳腺癌耐药细胞的耐药性的调节作用。方法 MTT法测药敏;用流式细胞仪检测细胞对罗丹明—123药物浓度变化。结果 α-干扰素可增加耐药细胞内的药物浓度。结论 α-干扰素可提高阿霉素对耐药细胞的抑制率,提示临床上可用α-干扰素逆转肿瘤的耐药性。
Objective To study the regulatory effect of interferon-alpha on the drug resistance of human breast cancer cell lines. Methods MTT assay was used to determine the drug sensitivity of rhodamine-123 cells by flow cytometry. Results α-interferon can increase drug concentration in drug-resistant cells. Conclusions α-interferon can increase the inhibitory rate of doxorubicin on drug-resistant cells, suggesting that α-interferon can reverse the drug resistance of the tumor clinically.
