执行力的基础是企业老总和执行手段之间的融合过程执行力是延续企业生命源的重要管理核心手段。如何让战略有效执行一直是令企业颇为头痛的事。我简单罗列了一些企业主要存在的五个问题:1.花了很大精力制定的战略规划被束之高阁;2.战略只是高层的专利,中基层依然不清楚企业走向何处和如何走;3.战略与企业日常运作脱节;4.高层无法了解战略完成得怎样和存在什么问题;5.资源没有按照战略规划的要求配置和管理。
Execution is based on the integration between executive and executive means executive capacity is an important management core means to continue the life of the enterprise. How to effectively implement the strategy has always been a headache for businesses. I briefly list some of the five major business problems: 1. Strategic planning has been spent a lot of energy to be shelved; 2. Strategy is only a high-level patent, the grass-roots level is still unclear where the business and how to go; Strategy and business day-to-day operation; 4. senior management can not understand how the strategy is completed and what are the problems; 5. resources are not configured and managed in accordance with the requirements of strategic planning.
