临床视导是一项促进教师专业成长和提高学生学习效果的活动。研究针对民族地区初任学前教师的口语互动实施了为期15周的临床视导。结果显示:口语互动变量中的教师间接影响与直接影响比率(id/ratio)、教师发问比率(TQR)、幼儿话语与幼儿主动话语比率(PIR)三项有显著进步。研究提出聚焦口语互动有效性、改进口语互动的参与结构、构建良性的回馈循环系统的三阶段临床视导模式,可有效提升初任学前教师的口语互动能力,并对教师的肢体语言运用和常规教育能力发展也有明显的促进作用。
Clinical guide is to promote professional development of teachers and improve student learning activities. The study conducted a 15-week clinical guideline for oral interactions with newly appointed preschool teachers in minority areas.
