铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa)产生的拮抗物质对撑×绿杂交竹梢枯病病原菌具有明显的抑制作用。铜绿假单胞菌发酵液预处理后,采用三氯甲烷萃取得到活性粗提物,后经硅胶柱色谱分离及紫外洗脱检测,得到抑菌活性最强的黄色油状活性物质。经核磁共振和红外光谱检测,得出该活性物质是一种有芳香环的吩嗪类化合物,化学式为C14H10O2N2。色素稳定性的研究表明,光照、温度对活性色素的稳定性影响甚微;低浓度的氧化剂和还原剂对活性色素的稳定性影响较小,高浓度对其影响较大;色素在偏中性或碱性条件下(p H7~8)活性最大,当p H≤3时,色素性质不稳定,抑菌活性几近消失;金属离子对色素稳定性有不同程度的影响,其中Na+、K+、Ba2+、Ca2+、Ag+对色素的影响较小,Mg2+、Zn2+、Ni2+、EDTA-Na2对色素稳定性有较大的影响,而Al3+、Cu2+、Fe3+、Pb2+对色素活性影响很大,色素几乎失去活性。

Metal ions have different effects on the pigment stability. Among them, Na +, K + Ba2 +, Ca2 + and Ag + had little effect on the pigment, Mg2 +, Zn2 +, Ni2 + and EDTA-Na2 had a great influence on the pigment stability, while Al3 +, Cu2 +, Fe3 + and Pb2 + had a great influence on the pigment activity, .
