21世纪对我们来说,人力资源越来越重要。公务员作为政府决策的实施者,在我国起着尤为重要的作用。所以,为了提高公务员工作的积极性,激发他们为人民服务的工作潜能,适当的给予公务员一些激励是非常必要的。根据马斯洛需求理论我们可以得知,当人们生活水平逐渐提高以后,人们的需求已经不再只停留在物质层面了。因此,除了必要的物质激励外,我们还应注重对公务员进行非物质层面的激励。
For the 21st century, human resources are becoming more and more important to us. As the implementer of government decision-making, civil servant plays an especially important role in our country. Therefore, in order to enhance the enthusiasm of civil servants and motivate them to work for the people’s potential, it is necessary to give civil servants some incentives as appropriate. According to Maslow’s demand theory, we can see that when people’s living standard gradually increases, people’s needs no longer remain at the material level. Therefore, in addition to the necessary material incentives, we should also focus on non-material incentives for civil servants.
