一套完整的差异化策略,应包含下列三个部分: 一、具备能够让你从众多竞争者中脱颖而出的一个简单构想。 二、具备足以让上述构想成真,及可以让人相信的商誉或实际产品。 三、研拟出一套沟通方案,让你现有和潜在的顾客察觉到此一差异。 事情外部面貌改变得愈多,其本质愈能保持不变。威力强大的差异化观念是恒久不变的。 只要肯用心,你总会想出办法,让你的公司、产品或水族馆变得与众不同的。
A complete differentiation strategy should include the following three parts: First, have a simple idea that will allow you to stand out from many competitors. Second, have good enough to make the idea come true, and can make people believe goodwill or the actual product. Third, to develop a communication program, so that your existing and potential customers aware of this difference. The more the external appearance of things changes, the more it can remain unchanged. The powerful concept of differentiation is permanent. As long as you work hard, you always come up with ways to make your company, product, or aquarium unique.
