我国食品安全问题的严重性使得食品安全法制建设甚为必要,而与实践需求相比,我国食品法的理论准备却不足。事实上,食品安全问题是一个世界性问题,各国普遍存在,也深切关心。即便在美国这样的发达国家,食品安全问题所多有爆发。美国的食品法也在不断调整之中,与之相适应,美国法律院校兴起一股设置食品法课程的热潮。对这股热潮进行探析,有助于食品法在我国真正形成一个学术领域。
The seriousness of the problem of food safety in our country makes the legal construction of food safety necessary. Compared with the practical needs, the theoretical preparation of our country’s food law is not enough. In fact, the issue of food safety is a worldwide issue that is prevalent in all countries and deeply concerned. Even in developed countries such as the United States, there are many more food safety problems. In the United States, the Food Law is constantly being adjusted. In response, the law schools in the United States have emerged as a wave of food law courses. The exploration of this upsurge will help the food law to really form an academic field in our country.
