The water meter factory in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province has been adhering to the scientific management method of value engineering since 1980. It has conducted three rounds of value analysis on the leading product LXS—15~40 mm water meter, and on the premise of continuously improving product quality, each water meter has been reduced.
