目的 :研究合成肽RGDS(精氨酸 -甘氨酸 -天冬氨酸 -丝氨酸 )对脑转移舌癌细胞侵袭转移行为的影响。方法 :采用MTT法研究不同浓度的RGDS对Tb细胞粘附Matrigel及Fibronectin能力的影响 ;鸡胚心肌侵袭实验进行RGDS抑制Tb细胞侵袭方面的研究 ;观察药物对Tb细胞裸鼠肺转移模型中抗肿瘤转移的影响。结果 :不同浓度的RGDS抑制了Tb细胞对Matrigel及Fibronectin的粘附 ;同时与对照组相比 ,明显抑制肿瘤细胞对活体组织块的侵袭、浸润 ;裸鼠实验中可显著抑制Tb细胞肺转移裸鼠的肺转移结节数。结论 :RGDS具有较强的抗肿瘤侵袭、转移活性。
Objective: To study the effect of RGDS (arginine-glycine-aspartic acid-serine) on the invasion and metastasis of tongue metastasis in brain. Methods: MTT assay was used to study the effect of different concentrations of RGDS on the ability of Tb cells to adhere to Matrigel and Fibronectin. In nude mice, RGDS significantly inhibited the metastasis Rat lung metastases nodules. Conclusion: RGDS has strong anti-tumor invasion and metastasis activity.
