自1995年以来,一些石油公司积极地开展研究,旨在查清油田管道内壁表面粗糙度影响石油工业用管(OCTGs)内流体的流动特点的原因。其目标是结合管道腐蚀研究新型管道材料与涂层保护材料的选定、提高管道内流体流动性和新型工艺改进的确认等,研究开发和应用新的工艺技术。该项研究的最新成果是一种新近推出的现代管道内表面粗糙度与流体流动特点之间的关系。
Since 1995, a number of oil companies have actively conducted studies aimed at identifying the causes of the fluid flow in the oil pipe (OCTGs) that affect the surface roughness of oil pipelines. Its goal is to research and develop and apply new process technologies by studying the selection of new pipeline materials and coating protection materials in connection with pipeline corrosion, improving fluid flow in pipes and confirming the improvement of new processes. The latest result of this research is a recent introduction of the relationship between the surface roughness of modern pipes and the characteristics of fluid flow.
