我们前年调到南京工作 ,许多从未谋面的朋友现在经常聚在一起 ,喝茶 ,聊天 ,能说的话差不多已经说尽 ,只剩下文学了。说得多了 ,心想不如整理出来 ,也算是雁过留痕。来南京后 ,将家安在龙江小区 ,在南京秦淮河的西边 ,人称“河西”。在南京求学时 ,这里还是大片农田 ,现在早已是高楼林立。河西新城与河东老区恰成对照 ,新与旧的对峙互渗构成这座六朝古都城市当下的文化格局。而且我们的聚谈也大抵是在旧中求新 ,于是暂且定名为“河西对话”。经常聚在一起的有南京大学的张光芒博士、南京师大的贺仲明博士和我们年轻的老朋友何平先生。我们每次聚会讨论一个话题 ,并推请一位作为召集人 ,由他提出主要观点 ,安排结构 ,收拾整理。这次谈的是当前文学研究中的一些现象 ,可以看出来 ,在一个学术话语潮起潮落的时代 ,对“权力”的追逐愈趋激烈。这会对文学研究构成怎样的影响 ,文学在这些“研究”中又会变幻成怎样的面目 ,这是我们所关心的。感谢《文艺评论》及主编韦健玮先生 ,听了我们的设想后 ,慨然提供版面刊登这些对话。是为引言 We transferred to work in Nanjing the year before last. This talk is about some phenomena in current literary studies. It can be seen that the chasing of “power” has become more and more intense in an era of ups and downs of academic discourse. What impact this will have on literary studies and what kind of changes our literature will make in these “studies” is what we are concerned about.
