目的:探讨射频消融术(RFCA)对阵发性室上性心动过速(PVST)患者冠状窦血浆内皮素(ET)及血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平的影响。方法:22例PSVT成功进行RFCA治疗的患者,分别在术前、术后即刻自冠状窦取血测定血浆ET及vWF含量,同时记录旁路消融靶点位置、射频能量功率、每次消融持续时间及消融次数。结果:RFCA术前冠状窦血浆ET水平为(45.28±16.97)pg/ml,术后即刻显著升高达[(68.32±16.87)pg/ml,P<0.01]。术前冠状窦血浆vWF水平为(107.82±14.96)%,术后即刻显著升高达到[(149.67±10.32)%,P<0.01]。结论:射频消融后阵发性室上性心动过速患者冠脉循环中血浆内皮素、血管性血友病因子一过性升高,这可能与射频消融引起局部冠脉损伤和坏死有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) on plasma endothelin (ET) and von Willebrand factor (vWF) in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PVST). Methods: Twenty-two patients undergoing RFCA successfully treated with PSVT were enrolled in this study. Plasma ET and vWF were taken from the coronary sinus immediately before and immediately after operation. Meanwhile, the location of the bypass ablation target, the power of radiofrequency energy, the duration of each ablation And the number of ablations. Results: The level of ET in coronary sinus before RFCA was (45.28 ± 16.97) pg / ml, which was significantly higher than [(68.32 ± 16.87) pg / ml, P <0.01] immediately after RFCA. Preoperative coronary sinus plasma vWF levels (107.82 ± 14.96)%, immediately after the increase was significantly (149.67 ± 10.32)%, P <0.01]. CONCLUSIONS: Plasma endothelin and vWF transiently increase in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia after radiofrequency catheter ablation, which may be related to local coronary artery lesion and necrosis caused by radiofrequency catheter ablation.
