目的 调查胸腺五肽 (thymopentin ,TP 5 )对严重烧伤小儿T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的影响。 方法 分别检测治疗组 (2 0例 )和对照组 (2 0例 )病人伤后 2、5、10、17d外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞 ,治疗组病人从伤后第 2天起接受TP 5治疗 ,1mg/d ,肌肉注射 ,疗程 15d ;对照组不给予TP 5。 结果 烧伤后第 2天二组病人T淋巴细胞及NK细胞差异无显著性 ;烧伤后 5、10、17d二组病人T淋巴细胞总数差异无显著性 ,对照组CD8+细胞显著高于治疗组 (P <0 0 1) ,对照组CD4 + /CD8+ 比值显著低于治疗组 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗组NK细胞在伤后 5、10、17d均高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 胸腺五肽能明显提高和改善严重烧伤小儿T淋巴细胞及NK细胞功能 ,可作为一种良好的免疫调节剂
Objective To investigate the effect of thymopentin (TP 5) on T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in children with severe burns. Methods Peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells were detected in the treated group (20 cases) and the control group (20 cases) on the 2nd, 5th, 10th and 17th day after injury respectively. The patients in the treatment group received the second day after the injury TP 5 treatment, 1mg / d, intramuscular injection, treatment 15d; control group did not give TP 5. Results There was no significant difference in the number of T lymphocytes and NK cells between the two groups on the second day after burn. There was no significant difference in the total number of T lymphocytes between the two groups at 5, 10 and 17 days after burn, while the level of CD8 + cells in the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group The ratio of CD4 + / CD8 + in the control group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). The NK cells in the treated group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 5, 10 and 17 days (P <0.05) . Conclusion Thymopentin can significantly improve and improve the function of T lymphocytes and NK cells in children with severe burns and can be used as a good immunomodulator
