In the federally funded fight, the public library first started under the leadership of the LSA and the LSCA and achieved remarkable success, which facilitated the subsequent development of regulations in other areas of need. Then the school library, university library and medical library has made a lot of recognition. The laws and regulations that have been successfully enacted in these areas are due in part to population growth, the explosion of knowledge, the solution of religious groups, and the fact that libraries are not only matters that localities and states should be concerned about, but also things that the nation should care about.
