在传统的基于富氏滤波频率跟踪算法的基础上,应用电力系统频率暂态模型对其测量误差进行详细分析,提出了改进的频率跟踪实用算法。新的算法有效地补偿了富氏滤波的时间响应对频率测量造成的影响,提高了算法的暂态测频精度。其程序和计算非常简单。数值仿真及实际应用表明,该算法可以满足系统安全自动装置频率测量的要求。
Based on the traditional frequency tracking algorithm based on Fourier filter, the frequency transient model of power system is used to analyze its measurement error in detail, and an improved frequency tracking practical algorithm is proposed. The new algorithm effectively compensates for the influence of the time response of the Fourier filter on the frequency measurement and improves the accuracy of the transient frequency measurement of the algorithm. Its procedures and calculations are very simple. The numerical simulation and practical application show that the algorithm can meet the requirements of frequency measurement of automatic safety system.
