应用荧光光谱和紫外吸收光谱研究了稀土杂多酸盐EuHSiMo10 W2 O40 ·2 5H2 O (EuW2 )与牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)的相互作用 ,探讨了EuW2 对BSA的荧光猝灭过程的猝灭机理 ,测定了不同温度下该结合反应的结合常数、结合位点数、结合热力学参数 ,并依据能量转移理论确定了给体 -受体间的结合距离 ;用同步荧光技术考察了EuW2 对BSA构象的影响
The interaction between rare earth heteropolyacid EuHSiMo10 W2 O40 · 2 5H2 O (EuW2) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and UV absorption spectroscopy. The quenching mechanism of fluorescence quenching of BSA with EuW2 , The binding constants, the number of binding sites and the thermodynamic parameters of the binding reaction at different temperatures were determined, and the donor-acceptor binding distance was determined according to the energy transfer theory. The effect of EuW2 on the conformation of BSA was examined by using the synchronous fluorescence technique
