中长跑教学不要单调,不要忽略呼吸节奏,不要有害羞心理,对“差生”不要冷落,不要违反循序渐进原则,不 要忽视放松整理活动,不要忽略意志品质的培养,不要大量饮水。
Do not be monotonous in middle and long distance running. Do not neglect the breathing rhythm. Do not be shy.
