近年来陆续有一些关于短期大量口服硝苯吡啶(180mg/日以上)引起糖耐量下降,导致血糖升高的报道。但长期小剂量应用硝苯吡啶(20~30mg/日)能否产生糖耐量异常尚未见报道。本文对649名58岁以上长期应用小剂量硝苯吡啶的老年人进行了用药调查,以探讨其对糖代谢的影响。 本文共观察649例,均为男性。年龄58~81岁,平均年龄65岁。其中冠心病178例,高血压病88例,诊断符合全国内科学术会议冠心病及高血压病的诊断标准,其余383例为健康老年人。共分三组:
