随着轴承生产的大幅度增长,对其工模具生产也提出了新的要求,必须采用新材料、新工艺以提高工模具的质量和寿命。为了提高工具的使用寿命,我们根据国内外有关资料的介绍和经验,对钻基合金堆焊新工艺,进行了研究和试验。采用钻基合金堆焊,工模具的寿命可以提高2～5倍,最高可达10～20倍。经过两年多的反复试验,现已有十多种堆焊的钻基合金工模具正式投产。一、钻基合金堆焊的优越性 With the substantial growth of bearing production, the production of its mold also put forward new requirements, we must adopt new materials and new technology to improve the quality and life of mold.
