随着轴承生产的大幅度增长,对其工模具生产也提出了新的要求,必须采用新材料、新工艺以提高工模具的质量和寿命。为了提高工具的使用寿命,我们根据国内外有关资料的介绍和经验,对钻基合金堆焊新工艺,进行了研究和试验。采用钻基合金堆焊,工模具的寿命可以提高2~5倍,最高可达10~20倍。经过两年多的反复试验,现已有十多种堆焊的钻基合金工模具正式投产。一、钻基合金堆焊的优越性
