睡眠剥夺作为引发机体应激的重要因素,在一定程度上影响睾丸及精子的正常功能,已成为当今社会的突出问题。研究证实,睡眠剥夺可以通过多种途径引起氧化应激而对性腺轴造成损伤,该文综述了睡眠剥夺诱发氧化应激的主要机制,包括一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,i NOS)m RNA表达增加、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力降低、机体代谢率升高、褪黑素分泌减少及氧化应激损伤性腺轴的主要途径,包括对睾丸组织、生精环境、生精细胞的影响及对精子的直接损害。
