采用不同分子量、不同含量的超支化聚酯对聚丙烯进行改性,研究超支化聚合物对聚丙烯熔体电纺纤维直径的影响。结果表明:超支化聚酯可以显著降低聚丙烯纤维直径,不同分子量的超支化聚合物对聚丙烯纤维直径影响有较大差异,当加入8份超支化聚酯H203(相对于质量为100份的聚丙烯)时,聚丙烯纤维直径可达到1~2μm,且分布均匀。
Polypropylene was modified with hyperbranched polyesters with different molecular weights and different contents to study the influence of hyperbranched polymers on the diameter of electrospun polypropylene melt. The results showed that the hyperbranched polyester can significantly reduce the diameter of polypropylene fiber. The hyperbranched polymers with different molecular weights have great influence on the diameter of polypropylene fiber. When 8 parts of hyperbranched polyester H203 (relative to the mass of 100 parts Polypropylene), the polypropylene fiber diameter can reach 1 ~ 2μm, and the distribution is uniform.
