高考作为一项社会活动,承担着优秀人才选拔、促进社会流动和维护社会安定等功能。由于高考对中国社会的重要性,高考成为国家化和制度化的政策设计。但是,选拔性高考承担了过多的社会功能,却忽视了应然的教育评价职能,导致教育目标的偏离和高考改革的误区。所以,高考改革首先要反思自身,返身教育和文化领域是高考改革的前提。
As a social activity, the college entrance examination has the functions of selecting excellent talents, promoting social mobility, and maintaining social stability. Due to the importance of college entrance examination to Chinese society, college entrance examination has become a national and institutionalized policy design. However, the selective college entrance examination undertakes too many social functions, but it neglects the proper educational evaluation function, leading to deviations in educational goals and misunderstandings in the college entrance examination reform. Therefore, the college entrance examination reform must first reflect on itself, and the return education and cultural fields are prerequisites for the college entrance examination reform.
