In order to understand the immunopurification and immunization time of the adsorbed purified diphtheria biloba mixture (aPDT) developed by the collaborating group of Ministry of Health Biological Products Corporation and Changchun Institute of Biological Products, Five-month-old healthy infants and young children were randomly divided into two groups according to randomized double-blind aPDT and aPDT.
