对使用铁模覆砂铸造工艺生产的高铬耐磨磨球进行热处理研究。沿球直径切开,未发现缩孔缩松缺陷。铸态下磨球力学性能较差,热处理后磨球力学性能显著提升。950℃×2h油冷淬火,350℃×2h回火的磨球综合性能最优,冲击韧度和洛氏硬度相对于铸态分别提高55%和26%。经过金属基体显微硬度测定和组织观察,可判定铸态下金属基体主要为奥氏体组织;淬火时奥氏体大部分转变为马氏体,显微硬度显著增高;回火时淬火马氏体转变为回火马氏体或回火托氏体,淬火应力消除,韧性增加,显微硬度减小。
