文章试图从组织和机构角度来考察大众媒体,在分析了包括管理、权力和文化等组织观以后,发现组织研究应该也必须落实到具体的人,并通过人把媒介研究导入一个更加广阔的社会文化范畴中。围绕这个基本立场,我们初步提出了媒介组织信息生产机制的研究构想,讨论了研究的方法问题,并从媒介微观生态角度分析一个具体的研究实例。
The article tries to examine the mass media from the perspective of the organization and the organization. After analyzing the organizational concepts including management, power and culture, it is found that the organizational research should also be implemented to specific people and lead the media research into a wider society through people Cultural category. Based on this basic position, we initially proposed the research concept of information organization mechanism of media organizations, discussed the methodological issues of the research, and analyzed a concrete research case from the perspective of media microecology.
