一、问题的提出企业继续教育成效的优劣受多种因素的影响,其中,教师的教学效果是一个极为重要的影响因素。在职工的培训工作中,即使为学员安排了最合适、最需要的课程,但如果课堂上的授课效果不够理想的话,仍然难以达到预期的培训目的。教学效果不好,一定是教师没有认真备课、讲课吗?当然不是。当教师在讲台上尽职尽责、滔滔不绝地讲课时,却并不一定引起台下学员积极听课的回应,可能有人会打瞌睡,有人会开小差,更有甚者还会以各种理由离开课堂。学员的不配合行为不仅会直接挫伤教师上课的积极性,同时也在一定程度上反映了目前亟需改进的培训状况。那么,是什么原因造成了这种尴尬局面的发生呢?
