随着我国新经济时代的来临,人力资源逐渐成为提高企业竞争力的核心要素,与企业的生存和发展密切相关,但传统人力资源管理已不能满足现代人力资源管理的要求,企业为了更好地开展工作,必须对人力资源管理模式进行创新,转变战略角色,人力资源管理部门与行政管理者达成更好的合作,为企业提供源源不竭的生命力与竞争优势。本文首先分析了目前人力资源管理中存在的问题,然后对人力资源管理者和部门的角色定位进行阐述。

This paper first analyzes the existing problems in human resource management, and then elaborates the role of human resource managers and departments.
