船舶协同制造资源选择是一个复杂的、多目标决策过程。从船舶制造项目中盟主企业选择并配置制造资源的角度进行研究,分析了船舶协同制造的资源属性,指出资源是协同制造过程的纽带;以资源为主线,描述船舶协同制造资源选择过程,包括资源配置标准的制定、伙伴预选和伙伴协商三个阶段;从管理过程、知识领域和利益相关者三个视角剖析船舶协同制造资源选择与配置的管理,并在此基础上给出船舶协同制造资源选择系统的基本框架。 The choice of shipbuilding collaborative manufacturing resources is a complex, multi-objective decision-making process.
