报道了高效液相色谱法测定红豆杉组织培养物中sinenxans含量的方法,其操作简便,可快速、准确地进行样品测定.样品以石油醚(60~90℃)—丙酮(520)提取后,用Sep-PakC18进行柱前预处理.采用SpherisorbC18柱,以甲醇—乙腈—水(651520)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,于227nm处进行检测.被检测成分的色谱峰分离完全,方法线性良好.
A method for the determination of sinenxans in tissue culture of Taxus chinensis by HPLC has been reported. The method is simple, and can be used for rapid and accurate determination of samples. Samples were extracted with petroleum ether (60-90 ° C) -acetone (520) and pre-columned with Sep-Pak C18. SpherisorbC18 column with methanol - acetonitrile - water (651520) as the mobile phase, flow rate 1.0mL / min, at 227nm at detection. The chromatographic peaks of the tested components are completely separated and the method is linear.
