对南京钢铁集团有限公司炼钢厂新设计的高供氧强度氧枪喷头进行了理论分析 ,并在 2 0 t转炉上进行了工业试验。试验结果表明 :转炉采用高供氧强度吹炼 ,能够有效地缩短供氧时间 ,提高熔池中钢水的脱磷、脱硫效果 ;高供氧强度不仅适用于铁水条件较好的转炉 ,同样适用于铁水中磷含量、硫含量偏高的转炉
The new oxygen lance nozzle designed by Nanjing Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. Was newly designed. The industrial experiment was carried out on 20 t converter. The test results show that the converter adopts high-oxygen strength blowing, which can effectively shorten the oxygen supply time and improve the dephosphorization and desulfurization effect of the molten steel in the molten pool. The high oxygen supply strength is not only suitable for converter with better hot metal condition, In the molten iron phosphorus content, high sulfur content of the converter
