本文以某产品钢珠战斗部设计为例,指出了整体式战斗部作为杀伤弹种所存在的缺陷,以及大幅度提高杀伤作用的途径。本文介绍了钢珠在内、钢珠在外、两层光筒、三层光筒、和三层刻槽筒等五种战斗部的威力试验结果。并对弹体材料、钢珠直径、钢珠材料、钢珠塑料筒尺寸以及炸药增置传爆药柱等因素进行了试验和分析。以某产品为例,计算钢珠的杀伤间隔、飞行动能并对该战斗部的杀伤威力进行了评价。提出了杀伤钢珠的最小重量计算方法和计算公式。
In this paper, the design of steel ball warhead of a product is taken as an example to point out the flaws existing in the monolithic warhead as a bullet-killing bullet and the way to greatly improve the killing effect. This paper introduces the power test results of five warheads including steel ball, steel ball outside, two light tube, three light tube, and three groove tube. The test and analysis of the projectile material, the diameter of the steel ball, the material of the steel ball, the size of the plastic ball of the steel ball and the explosion of the explosive charge were carried out. Taking a certain product as an example, the kill interval and flight kinetic energy of steel ball were calculated and the killing power of the warhead was evaluated. Proposed the method of calculating the minimum weight of the steel ball and the calculation formula.
