目的:比较五种成像系统对荧光和化学发光的敏感度及其图像质量。方法:运用标准板及绿色荧光鼠的图像采集比较五种成像系统对荧光的敏感度及图像质量。结果:ECL化学发光灵敏度测试及绿色荧光敏感性检测均发现Azure和GE较其他三种成像系统的检测时间短,图像质量优。结论:五种成像仪中,GE的光敏感性最高,图像质量好。Azure的光敏感性次之,图像质量较好,但性价比较高。
Objectives: To compare the sensitivity of five imaging systems to fluorescence and chemiluminescence and their image quality. Methods: The sensitivity and the image quality of the five imaging systems were compared with the standard plate and the green fluorescent mouse. Results: ECL chemiluminescence sensitivity test and green fluorescence sensitivity test both found that Azure and GE had shorter detection time and better image quality than the other three imaging systems. Conclusion: Among the five imagers, GE has the highest light sensitivity and good image quality. Azure’s light-sensitive second, better image quality, but cost-effective.
