详细探讨了不同质量数、不同电离能的元素在不同浓度异丙醇基体中的质谱行为。结果表明:低浓度的异丙醇基体对大多数元素具有增敏作用,尤其是对第一电离能大于9电子伏特的元素具有显著的增强效应;而高浓度的异丙醇基体又导致了元素分析信号的严重抑制,其抑制程度随元素第一电离能增大而增强;采用基体效应判别因子(DF)可较好地表征不同质量数、不同电离能的元素在异丙醇基体中的质谱行为;探讨了有机基体中元素信号增强效应的机制。
The mass spectra of elements with different mass numbers and different ionization energies in isopropanol matrix with different concentrations were discussed in detail. The results show that the low concentration of isopropanol matrix has an enhancement effect on most of the elements, especially the first ionization energy greater than 9 electron volts; while the high concentration of isopropanol matrix leads to the element The suppression of the signal was analyzed, and the degree of inhibition increased with the increase of the first ionization energy of the element.
