通过对挤压钢管外径超差及其影响因素的考察和分析，指出当挤压不锈钢大口径薄壁管时，在工艺上超差不可避免，上一套合适的定径装置还是必要的，并提出了挤压管定径新设想。
Through the inspection and analysis on the over tolerance of the extruded steel pipe OD and its influencing factors, it is pointed out that when the stainless steel large-diameter thin-walled pipe is extruded, it is inevitable in the process that overqualification is inevitable. A suitable sizing device is necessary. And proposed a new idea of sizing pipe extrusion.
