比较新式的车床(如1A62)的走刀箱内,都有车蜗杆螺纹的变速机构。但一般的公制或英制齿轮车床的走刀箱内,是没有这种变速机构的。而只有车每吋牙数和螺距的变速机构。所以操作者遇到在一般齿轮车床上车制蜗杆螺纹时,就感到困难。现在我们介绍一种在一般车床上车蜗杆螺纹的配换齿轮计算方法。计算配换齿轮前,先变换一下走刀箱上的手柄。交换手柄时,可以把铭牌上每吋牙数位置看作蜗杆螺纹径节(D.P.)数的位置;螺距位置看作蜗杆螺纹模数(M)的位置。然后在铭牌上找到需车的蜗杆螺纹的径节或模数
