作者观察了24例狼疮性肾炎患者、12例正常对照者尿TxA_2、PGI_2代谢产物TXB_2、6-keto-PGF_(1α)含量。结果表明,与正常组相比较,各组狼疮性肾炎患者尿TXB_2含量均增高6-keto-PGF_(1α)含量均降低,TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α)比值均增加,且以肾病组变化最显著。TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α)比值与尿蛋白量呈止相关(r=0.74)。表明狼疮性肾炎患者肾组织内存在严重的TXA_2-PGI_2平衡失调,前列腺素代谢异常可能与狼疮性肾炎的发生、发展有关。检测尿TXB_2/6-keto-PGF_(1α)比值,可作为判断狼疮性肾炎病变程度的指标。
The authors observed urinary TXA 2 and TXB 2, 6-keto-PGF_ (1α) levels in 24 patients with lupus nephritis and 12 normal controls.
