目的为招飞体检新标准中将进行的血总蛋白含量测定提供一项参考指标。方法从晨起空腹抽的血样中分离出血清备用。选单相免疫琼脂扩散法进行测定，浇板、打孔、加样后置３７℃水浴箱扩散４８ｈ，记录结果同时作标准曲线。结果高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＬ）：（２６８４．５±４９８．０）ｍｇ／Ｌ，低密度脂蛋白（ＬＤＬ）：（３８１０．０±５８９．０）ｍｇ／Ｌ；载脂蛋白Ｂ（ａｐｏＢ）：（１０１３．０±２７０．０）ｍｇ／Ｌ；前白蛋白（ＰＡ）：（２９３．８±２９．０）ｍｇ／Ｌ；转铁蛋白（Ｔｒ）：（２６０６．０±４６５．０）ｍｇ／Ｌ；α１酸性糖蛋白（α１ＡＧ）：（６３１．０±１１９．０）ｍｇ／Ｌ；α２巨球蛋白（α２Ｍ）：（３０８４．０±３１０．４）ｍｇ／Ｌ。以上七种蛋白的检测值与正常值的符合率分别为１００％、９９．０１％、９８．１８％、１００％、１００％、１００％、１００％。结论ＨＤＬ与ＬＤＬ参与胆固醇的转运，ａｐｏＢ对缺血性心脑血管疾病的临床诊断及判断预后都有重要意义，ＰＡ能真实地反映肝脏功能，Ｔｒ能转运铁和抑制嗜铁细菌在体内生长繁殖，α１ＡＧ能抑制血小板凝集、促进血小板粘着胶原，刺激细胞生长，α２Ｍ具有广泛的蛋白酶抑制活性。对这些蛋白质含量测?
Objective To provide a reference index for the determination of blood total protein content in the new standard of surgical examination. Methods Fasting blood samples were taken from the morning to separate the serum reserve. Results High density lipoprotein (HDL): (2684.5 ± 498.0) mg / L, low density lipoprotein (LDL): (3810.0 ± 589.0) mg / L and apolipoprotein B (1013.0 ± 270.0) mg / L, prealbumin (PA): (293.8 ± 29.0) mg / L, transferrin (2606.0 ± 465.0) mg / L; α1 acid glycoprotein (α1AG) :( 631.0 ± 119.0) mg / L; α2 macroglobulin (α2M): (3084.0 ± 310.4) mg / L. The coincidence rates of the above seven proteins with normal values were 100%, 99.01%, 98.18%, 100%, 100%, 100%, 100% respectively. Conclusions HDL and LDL are involved in cholesterol transport. ApoB is of great importance in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of ischemic cardiovascular disease. PA can truly reflect liver function, and Tr can transport iron and inhibit the growth and propagation of iron-producing bacteria in vivo , Α1AG can inhibit platelet aggregation, promote platelet adhesion collagen, stimulate cell growth, α2M has a wide range of protease inhibitory activity.
