军人是经济人。军人既具有军人的特殊性，又具有社会人的一般性，不能用他们的特殊性否定他们的一般性。社会对军人的供给与军人需求的均衡度，决定着军人的安心度，军人对自身收益的判断，与它的相对值有关。承认军人是经济人，是对军人有追求正当利益需求的肯定，有利于从实际出发确立工作思路和方法、制定相应的政策，也为政治教育提供科学的依据
Soldiers are economic men.
