基于LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic)技术将多工器、扼流器、微波传输线等内置于LTCC基板内,开关电路和隔直电容等表贴器件通过台阶腔形式内置或放置顶层,从而实现北斗单兵接收机开关电路小型化设计。该电路具有插损低、抑制高、体积小(实际尺寸为10mm×9mm×4mm)等特点。
Based on the LTCC (Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) technology, a multiplexer, a choke, a microwave transmission line, and the like are embedded in the LTCC substrate, and the surface-mounted devices such as the switch circuit and the blocking capacitor are built- Beidou individual receiver switch circuit miniaturization design. The circuit has low insertion loss, high suppression, small size (the actual size of 10mm × 9mm × 4mm) and so on.
