1972年Shunta提出了为最小节拍控制而特殊设计的双回路采样控制系统,从而成功地消除了当应用最小节拍控制时定值和随动控制之间的切换问题。本文指出,他所设计的二个最小节拍调节器中的一个是开环不稳定的,从而产生了控制变量的发散振荡。为克服此一缺点,作者提出了改进型双回路系统。此新系统像Shunta系统一样简单,但二个调节器均是开环稳定的。模拟结果表明,该控制系统不仅可以成功地应用于最小节拍控制,并且对于常规之PI控制也是有效的。新控制系统对过程之参数变化并不敏感,这在实际应用上将是非常有利的。
In 1972 Shunta proposed a double-loop sampling control system specifically designed for minimum beat control, successfully eliminating the problem of switching between setting and follow-up control when the minimum beat control is applied. This paper points out that one of the two smallest beat regulators he designs is open-loop unstable, resulting in the divergence of the control variable. To overcome this shortcoming, the author proposes an improved double loop system. This new system is as simple as a Shunta system, but both regulators are open-loop stable. The simulation results show that the control system can not only be successfully applied to the minimum beat control, but also to the conventional PI control. The new control system is not sensitive to changes in the parameters of the process, which will be very beneficial in practical applications.
