在采用热浓酸洗净化工艺的冶炼烟气制酸装置中，吸收系统的ＬＳＢ型浓硫酸泵屡遭腐蚀破坏。据分析认为，热浓酸洗净化工艺对某些杂质的去除率较低，使得吸收酸中强去极化离子浓度增加，故而导致泵铸铁件腐蚀。改用合金铸件取得了良好的效果。
In the hot concentrated acid cleaning purification process smelter flue gas acid plant, the absorption system of LSB-type sulfuric acid pump repeatedly corroded. According to the analysis, hot concentrated pickling purification process for the removal of certain impurities lower, making the absorption of acid strong depolarization ion concentration increases, leading to corrosion of cast iron parts. Switch to alloy castings and achieved good results.
