Foreword F-16 pilots have a higher incidence of neck injuries. There is a hypothetical belief that pilots with intensive neck exercises and those using other precautions can be less injured. Methodology 577 questionnaires were sent to active duty U.S. Air Force F-16 pilots, of which 291 were answered (50.4%). The subjects were divided into two groups and the first group was asked if they would take any action on the F-16 from which they started flying, the result of which was measured as a percentage of the F-16 pilots reporting the injuries. The second group is to take measures after the injury occurred. The investigation revealed the average rate of injuries for each F-16 100h flight before and after the measure was taken. Results The first group was less likely to be injured by either of the following two measures: (1) intensive neck exercises (74.1%, 87.1%, p = 0.024);
