2006年7月1日,我国公务员开始实行新的工资制度。这是我国自新中国成立以来经历的第四次大的工资制度改革。2006年是《中华人民共和国公务员法》正式实施的第一年。改革或工资调整都会不同程度地引起整个社会的关注。关于这次的公务员工资制度改革,社会上也同样出现了各种各样的说法。我们要全面理解此次国家公务员工资制度改革的内涵,真正懂得此次的公务员工资制度改革正是按照《公务员法》的要求,适应我国市场经济体制的发展,立足中国国情,为建立科学和规范的公务员工资制度而制定的一项重要决策。
